Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are delivered via trusted carriers to ensure your Pretty Lava products arrive safely.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Pretty Lava is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you promptly. Supporting photos may be required for damaged items.
